Up Pipes That Seal and Stay Sealed

Factory up pipes leak. On Powerstroke trucks the gaskets and bellows fail from heat cycling; on the 6.6L Duramax the bellows crack from vibration and EGR-riser bind until you've got a pre-turbo exhaust leak and a low-boost code. These stainless and bellowed up pipes move with the heat and seal permanently, so you do the job once.

  • 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke — HD up pipe & Y-pipe turbo install kit
  • 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke — heavy-duty thick-wall & high-flow
  • 2001–2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax (LB7–LML) — HD driver-side & high-flow up pipes

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my factory up pipes leak?
Heat cycling and vibration. Powerstroke gaskets and bellows wear out; Duramax bellows crack, often where the EGR riser binds them. You'll hear a tick and feel lost boost — the Duramax often sets a low-boost code.
Bellowed or solid — which should I get?
Bellowed up pipes let the pipe expand and contract with heat, so the seal holds long-term. Do it once with a quality set and you're not back in there in a couple years.
My Duramax bellow broke at the EGR riser — what do I need?
A heavy-duty replacement up pipe fixes it; many LB7-style pipes delete the failure-prone riser entirely. Match your year and engine on the product page.
Will these fit my truck?
Covers Ford 7.3/6.0/6.4L Powerstroke and 2001–2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax. (No 6.7L Powerstroke or Cummins up pipes in this collection.)
Is it a hard install?
It's more involved than a bolt-on — the turbo comes off and connections are tightened in order to seal. Many owners have a shop do it. Get the right part the first time.
