1. Overview
This website is operated by Performance Parts Factory ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products
We sell aftermarket performance and replacement parts for diesel and gas trucks (Ford/Powerstroke, Dodge·Ram/Cummins, GMC·Chevrolet/Duramax, Caterpillar, and related platforms). We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, fitment data, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images.

3. Fitment is the buyer's responsibility
Diesel and performance parts vary by year, make, model, engine, trim, and prior modifications. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that a part fits and is appropriate for their vehicle and intended use before purchasing and before installation. Year/make/model references and listing categories are provided as a guide only and do not guarantee fitment. When in doubt, contact us to confirm fitment before you order.

4. Compliance, emissions & intended use
Some performance parts may affect a vehicle's emissions system or may be intended for off-road, competition, or closed-course use only. Where this applies, it is noted on the individual product listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws — including emissions and road-use regulations (e.g. U.S. EPA Clean Air Act, CARB, and Canadian equivalents) — that apply to the purchase, installation, and use of any part. Performance Parts Factory does not represent that every product is legal for street/highway use in every jurisdiction, and assumes no liability for the buyer's installation or use of any product in violation of applicable law.

5. Installation & assumption of risk
Parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Improper installation, use, modification, racing, or off-road use may void any applicable warranty and can result in property damage or personal injury. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, installation, and use of our products.

6. Warranty disclaimer — sold as-is
Except for any manufacturer's warranty that may accompany a product (which is passed through to you), all products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so part of this section may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Performance Parts Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including labor costs, towing, downtime, lost profits, or damage to vehicles or other property — arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Pricing & orders
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.

Purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.

10. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Performance Parts Factory or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state or province in which Performance Parts Factory operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
