Where we ship
We ship across the United States and Canada. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit times

  • United States: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Canada: typically 5–12 business days after processing, depending on customs.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Large or heavy items (e.g. exhaust systems, manifolds, cooling assemblies) may ship by freight/LTL and can take longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Oversized or freight items may carry additional handling charges, which are shown before you pay.

Canada / international duties & taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the carrier or customs. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
