Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition for return
Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns that show signs of installation, use, or damage may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is our error — we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived defective or damaged — we cover return shipping and there's no restocking fee. In those cases, contact us first and we'll provide a prepaid label.

How to start a return
Email performancepartsfactory@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before receiving a return authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused. We'll send instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any restocking fee and minus original shipping (original shipping is non-refundable except where the return is our error). Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Need a different part? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement so you get it as quickly as possible.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Inspect your order on delivery. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours with photos to performancepartsfactory@gmail.com — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Warranty
See our Terms of Service for warranty terms. Products are sold as-is; any manufacturer's warranty is passed through to you, and we'll help facilitate manufacturer warranty claims where one exists.
