The Garrett TP38 High Flow Outlet for 1994–1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines eliminates the factory Exhaust Back Pressure Valve to allow better exhaust flow. This outlet fits all stock TP38 turbos from 1994-1997 7.3L and delivers measurable gains: the high flow outlet increases airflow and reduces EGT's by up to 100 degrees while greatly improving turbo spool up.
