Manifolds Built to Take the Heat Without Cracking

Factory exhaust manifolds are thin, single-piece cast castings built for cost, not longevity. Under the heat cycles of towing and daily driving they crack at the divider walls, warp at the flanges, and leak — which kills turbo efficiency, raises EGTs, and saps power. These high-flow stainless and HSM manifolds use stronger alloys and expansion joints to move with the heat instead of fracturing, and many open up the runners for less backpressure.

It's the same story on the gas trucks: the 3.5L EcoBoost only uses 8 of the cylinder head's 11 stud locations and warps and snaps studs, and the 5.7L HEMI's manifold bolts break and leak (the classic "HEMI tick"). The kits here address those at the source too.

Fits these trucks

  • Ford 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L & 6.7L Powerstroke — manifolds, kits, turbo & tail pipes
  • Ford F-150 & Lincoln Navigator 3.5L EcoBoost (gas) — manifold kits
  • Ram 1500 / Durango / Jeep 5.7L HEMI (gas) — manifold kits
  • Dodge/Ram 5.9L & 6.7L Cummins — manifolds incl. T3/T4/T6 turbo-swap
  • GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax (LB7–L5P) — manifolds & turbo exhaust pipes
  • Caterpillar C15 / C16 / 3406E — high-flow manifolds

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do factory exhaust manifolds crack and leak?
Thin cast-iron manifolds expand and contract through every heat cycle. Towing and daily heat fatigue them until they crack at the divider walls and warp at the flanges, opening an exhaust leak that drops boost, raises EGTs, and ticks.
What does a high-flow stainless manifold get me?
Stronger 304/HSM construction and expansion joints that move with the heat instead of cracking, plus larger runners for less backpressure and lower EGTs. A fix and an upgrade in one.
Do you cover gas trucks too?
Yes. We carry manifold kits for the 3.5L EcoBoost (F-150, Navigator) and 5.7L HEMI (Ram 1500, Durango, Jeep) — both known for warped manifolds, broken studs, and the tick. PPF isn't diesel-only.
Will it fit my truck?
Match the year and engine on the product page to your truck. Each manifold is built for a specific platform — see the fitment list above.
Is it a bolt-on?
Manifolds bolt on in place of the factory casting; some kits include up-pipes, gaskets, and hardware. Check each product for what's included. Get the right part the first time.
